As an international recognition, she also held the MDRT Leader Award and GAMA International Award. 

In order to develop herself, Ravi loves to learn and use all kinds of knowledge and experience she collected along the way to expand her work visions by traveling and studying more in many areas besides finance such as real estate planning and business development. To her, it is also important to listen more to the new generation and take the benefit of  combining old experience with new ideas.  

Throughout her past work, she would travel many times during the year, not just going to conferences such as MDRT, LAMP USA & LAMP Asia etc., but also as personal vacation. Ravi believes that if we travel the world, we get to see new things, absorb the new cultures and experience them, and that should help us to reach more people with a better understanding of them since our work is about people, money, lifestyles, and journeys. Many times, Ravi would take the team to travel with her so that the team would enjoy the new experience together both inside and outside the organization, within the country or overseas. She treats her teams like a family, bonding them together and training everyone to be leaders and enjoy seeing them grow within themselves. Ravi trusts that we all should live life to the fullest in every aspect, and work toward our financial and time freedom now that we still have our strength.
